The guys from Samsung Electronics has released their new Samsung Galaxy S II. The phone is the successor of Samsung Galaxy S and comes with seriously improvements. Of course that the Samsung phone comes with Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread operation system. I propose you to review the newest Samsung Galaxy S II and also, to learn faster the guys that still don’t know the Samsung Galaxy S II improvements and features.

Samsung Galaxy S II Hardware

If you have the old Samsung Galaxy S, you will be able to make the difference between the newest. Also, you will be able to see the design differences.

New Samsung Galaxy S II has a height of 4.93 inches(125.3 mm), a width of 2.60 inches(66.1 mm) and also a depth of 0.334 inches(8.49 mm). The weight of new Samsung Galaxy S II is 116 g. Like the old version, the smartphone front is all screen and down has a home button and also the two touch keys(for back and for menu).

The guys from Samsung promises a better battery life on their new Samsung Galaxy. Even the processor is bigger than its predecessor, the new Samsung Galaxy S II battery have 1650 mAh.

New Samsung Galaxy S II comes with two cameras. The first one, the back camera has 8 MP with single flash led, that recording HD. The second camera, the front one has 2 MP, and you can use it for video recording and also for video calling, that keep in touch with your family and with your friends. You may know that the differences between the speed to record at 1080p or to record normal are very minor, and the speed is very fast.

The new smartphone from Samsung comes with Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread. The software is great and it is very faster. You will be able to download a lot of apps.

You may know that the Galaxy S II browser is very fast and looks good. Also, have flash support, but you must activate it by simply check the Enable Plugins box.

Samsung Galaxy S II Conclusions

New Samsung Galaxy S II is faster and looks good, it is thinner and lighter. Of course that are advantages and disadvantages. But, there are few disadvantages.

  • a lot of available apps, thanks to Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread;

  • comfortably accessories.

If you have the first Samsung Galaxy S, you must to update it to the new Samsung Galaxy S II, because you will see major differences.
