Motorola RAZR M 4G LTE Specs Leaked: Dual-Core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 And Android Ice Cream Sandwich

We already know that Motorola Droid RAZR HD is on its way to us, but I have to admit this RAZR M 4G LTE took us by surprise.

Today is the first time we here about the existence of Motorola RAZR M 4G LTE and that the smartphone is getting ready to debut at Verizon. The guys at Engaget also know which are the technical specifications of the new smartphone, which, after a quick first look, is mostly similar to Droid RAZR.

It seems that, as its name suggests, Motorola M 4G LTE comes with support for LTE and sports a 4.3-inch qHD display based on Super AMOLED Advanced technology. The display might use a ColorBoost panel, recently discovered on Sprint’s leaked Photon Q.

Under the good-looking case of the new-comer it’s the famous dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz along with 1 GB of RAM, while the back of the device accommodates an 8 megapixel camera with support for 1080 video capture, while a surprising 3 megapixel camera for video calls lays on the front end of the RAZR M 4G LTE.

The terminal also packs global roaming, HSPA+ connectivity, 8 GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, NFC and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The physical and the capacitive buttons have been replaced by ICS’s virtual buttons.

Gorilla Glass 2  protects this model against scratches, while the back lid offers Kevlar protection. Basically the phone you are looking at is a Droid RAZR with an improved CPU and better front-facing camera. Will it be available on other markets, too?
