Pink Nokia Lumia 900 To Arrive At AT&T On July 15th

Nokia Lumia 900 was presented by the Finland based company at CES 2012 in January and the flagship of the Lumia line-up was made available for pre-order at AT&T on March 30th, then hit the stores on April 8th.

Nokia Lumia 900 is a smartphone that enjoined a commercial windfall on the North American market, as the gadget enthusiasts formed huge lines in front of AT&T stores in order to get their hands on the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango smartphone.

The Pink version of the Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone was announced by the Finnish company on their official blog and it will be launched at AT&T mid-July.

The customers of the second biggest carrier in the United States, AT&T, will be able to get their hands on a special version of the highly-appreciated Nokia Lumia 900. Nokia Lumia 900 in pink livery will be made available for purchase via carrier’s stores and retail chains starting July 15th.

The first Nokia smartphone developed in partnership with Microsoft and sold exclusively on the US market was presented at Consumer Electronics Show, in January 2012. Nokia Lumia 900 comes with a ClearBlack AMOLED display with a size of 4.3-inches (diagonally) and a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, 8 megapixel camera, single-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz and a talk-time of 7 hours. It sports an 8 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, dual-LED flash, HD video recording support and comes pre-loaded with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.

The price of the Nokia Lumia 900 is $99 with a two-year agreement with AT&T. The WP7.5 smartphone is also available at Amazon Wireless with a price starting at $0.01.

We don’t know whether the pink model will even arrive on the European market, but it won’t matter anymore as the Windows Phone 8 terminals will soon takeover the smartphone market. When Microsoft introduced Windows Phone 8 the company’s officials mentioned that the early WP adapters will not be able to update their devices to the latest firmware version. Instead, the WP users will receive the Windows Phone 7.8 update that brings some of the WP8′s features.
