Apple To Launch Retina Display iMac In October?

After iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro, the next Apple product that might receive a Retina display is iMac. Based on the orders placed by Apple to their part suppliers, it seems that the Cupertino-based company is working on an iMac with Retina Display that will be introduced in October.

The new high-resolution display could arrive on iMac as early as next fall. The only reason that could stop Apple from launching an iMac with Retina Display is that, for the time being, there’s not enough contend that could underline the advantages of Retina Display, writes DigiTimes.

The Retina Display gained popularity since it was introduced on the third-generation iPhone, iPhone 4, then on its successor iPhone 4S. The Retina Display also showed its superiority on the new iPad, as the latest Apple table has the highest resolution on the segment (1536 x 2048 pixels).
