It should not be long until the Motorola DROID RAZR and Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX will have an official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update because, according to Motorola, the release will be available by the end of Q2. This means that Motorola has only a few days left to get rid of any remaining bugs that the update may contain. That’s why testers that have the Motorola DROID RAZR and DROID RAZR MAXX got their hands on the new test builds, 6.16.211, of the Ice Cream Sandwich. Those who gave received the test builds are members of the Motorola Feedback Network, and soon the update will be offered to the public as well.

It seems that this is actually the last build version to hit test devices. If we assume that it doesn’t feature any major errors, it might be the version that will be release at the end of the month. Usually, after the software is sent to the testers and get approved, it takes a couple of weeks to release a final version.
