DROID RAZR HD Appears In Cellebrite Systems As Model XT926

It seems like the DROID RAZR HD will be released after all. It’s not yet clear when, but it has officially started to appear in third-party Cellebrite systems. This fact does not mean that the phone will immediately be launched on the market, but at least we know that Motorola is planning to release it someday.

According to the previous rumored release dates, Motorola’s phone (previously codenamed DROID Fighter) should have been launched by now, but it looks like Motorola and Verizon are taking their time for some unknown reason. Apart from the fact that the [hone is in Cellebrite systems, we really can’t say anything else about it except the XT926 model number which is the same as the one in the previous sightings.

Of course a lot of rumors concerning the device’s design and specs have appeared in the past few months. Many people expect that Motorola DROID RAZR HD will have a 6.6-inch HD display, the CPU will be a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4, 1GB of RAM, on-screen navigation keys, an 12 MP rear camera, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as an operating system. In terms of connectivity, the DROID RAZR HD will feature 4G LTE. As for the battery, the phone will probably be powered by an impressive MAXX 3300mAh.

Even though Motorola is not very appreciated by the developers, the DROID RAZR HD still seems like a smartphone which people can get excited about. The specs are very promising and obviously, who would not want a phone with an HD screen, good CPU, one of the best cameras and on-screen soft keys?
