HTC One S Release Date Is April 25th, T-Mobile Training Document Leaked

It seems like those who plan to buy one of HTC’s new smartphones won’t have to wait much longer because it is almost certain that the HTC One S will be released on April 25th. The device has already been previewed by the company a couple of weeks ago and the possible customers are eager to be launched on the market.

It looks like April 25th being the release data is not just a rumor anymore because a leaked image from T-Mobile has been unveiled, image that feature the exact aforementioned date. The photo appears to be the real deal and it presents an internal T-Mobile training document. April 16th will be the exact date when the release date and price of the HTC One S will be officially announced, according to the document. Other stuff is revealed such as the device’s marketing plan of T-Mobile. To be more specific, the document shows that the carrier is planing to place the HTC One S front and center in the stores. As for the advertising, it is set to run until June on TV as well as online.

There is also bad news at it seems that the Dr Dre earphones won’t be sold bundled with the phone as the “Select stores” will also display the Beats Solo headset at a price of $199.

The HTC One S might not be the best smartphone which will be released, but it’s a pretty good device having a 1.5Ghz dual-core Qualcomm S4, 1GB of RAM, an amount of 16GB of internal storage and a 2-year free 25GB on Dropbox. What is certain is that the HTC One S will be less expensive than the One X.

The One S and the One X do have something in common, a thing that isn’t quite likable, but which probably won’t bother a lot of people. The two HTC smartphones have the same battery which sadly can’t be removed. So, if you are planing to buy a device and want to keep it for a long time, the HTC One S is not such a good choice because in case you encounter problems with the battery it can’t be changed unless you contact the carrier.

The HTC One S has a 4.3-inch screen which is not the biggest, but neither small. I think that a display that has this size is more than enough for many customers and practical too. A a phone that has a screen bigger than that seems too bulky to me and those who want a huge display should buy a tablet. Besides this aspect, the HTC One S is also thinner that the One X, another characteristic that I like.

Until it gets released all the user’s have to do is wait cause the clock is ticking.
