Although it’s not one of the most popular application as Bing Search does its job pretty well, some folks simply cannot use any other search engine than Google.

Google released a blog post explaining what’s new in the Google Search app for Windows Phone 7. Among the new features we can find Google Autocomplete, an option which has been available on other mobile and desktop versions for a long time. When you search for something, Google will offer its predictions so that searching will become easier and will be made faster.

The second feature is Voice Search support. This means that you will no longer be required to type in your searches. Just hit the microphone button and say your query. This comes in very handy when you cannot type like when you’re driving.

The last, but not least feature is called My Location. Google will ask you whether it can use location services, and if you say yes, then it can access your location and provide nearby search results. If you search for coffee shops, then Google Search will display nearby coffee shops where you can drink a quick cup of coffee.
