How To Unlock Your Samsung Galaxy S II

The Samsung Galaxy S II is one of the best smartphones ever created. The device is running on Google’s Android 2.3 ( their latest mobile operating system ), and it was officially announced at the MWC ( Mobile World Congress ) on 13 February 2011.

This is the model developed after the Samsung Galaxy S and features a dual-core SoC processor running at 1.2 GHz, in Samsung’s Exynos processor ( available in the GT-i9100 model ) or Nvidia’s Tegra 2 processor ( available in GT-i9103 model ). It has 1GB of RAM, a 4.3-inch WVGA Super Amoled plus screen, an 8-megapixel camera which can be used to record high definition 1080p.

Once you request it you will receive an e-mail:

  1. One unlock code for Samsung Galaxy S 2 or i9100 at this link here.

  2. A tutorial on how to unlock your Galaxy S2.

Another important thing is that you will need the IMEI number of your phone to unlock it. Find this code by dialing *#06# on your device. The IMEI number will always be a 15-17 digits long. Check your e-mail often to see if you received the unlocking code and then just follow this simple tutorial:

  1. Put a SIM card that is not accepted by your device.

  2. Find the unlock menu.

  3. Now please type the code that you’ve just received through e-mail. ( keep in mind that some models may require a SP code ( service provider ).

You can use this method to also unlock:

  • Rogers Galaxy S 2
