How To Enable Multitouch Gestures On Jailbroken iOS 4.3.1 Devices

I don’t know if you remember but let me tell you that when iOS 4.3 was in its beta stages everybody was asking about the new multitouch gestures for switching between apps as well as a new gesture to return to the home screen on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

The bad news is that this feature is not available unless you use Xcode and ‘transform’ your smartphone into developer hardware. Well, the great news is that this is not entirely true because a new option is now available on jailbreak store Cydia, specially created to enable these great multitouch gestures.

Keep in mind that you will, of course, need to own a jailbroken iPhone or iPod so you can install it. You have to follow a step by step guide to you can properly jailbreak your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with Redsn0w on iOS 4.3.1, or with PwnageTool 4.3, or with Sn0wbreeze on Windows. After that, just simply download MT Gestures, turn it on inside WinterBoard, and you are done.
