How to Easily Undo Sent Email Message in Gmail

I don’t know if you guys knew that you can undo a sent e-mail in Gmail, this feature has been improved by Google and made better than before. Not long ago when this feature was first launched, Gmail users were given a 5 second window in which you could undo a sent Email message, but now users can configure by itself the Gmail sent email cancellation period for up to 30 seconds. Only after that period has passed the Undo option removes itself. Unfortunately this feature is very much hidden and most users do not know where to look, but do not worry here is a quick guide on how to recall a sent Email message with just few clicks of a button. For those Gmail users who do not need to use the Undo and recall sent email, Gmail provides an option to disable and turn off the Undo email option. Practically in this way the email message is not going to be delayed by the period of up to 30 seconds, instead is instantly sent once user clicks on to the Send button.

Lets see the steps on how to Undo Sent Email Messages in Gmail:

First of all, after you sent an email from your Gmail account you all know that you are prompted this message. Step 1: Now, to enable the Undo feature Go to Gmail Labs: The Undo Send feature is incorporated in Gmail Labs, so to activate it go to the Gmail Labs, load up Gmail and look in the top-right corner of the page. Here you will have to click on to the green labs icon located between your e-mail address and Settings. Step 2: Enable “Undo Send” and Save Your Changes: Google has tried to make it simple and easy for all it’s users, so now you will be prompted with a list of features that Google is currently testing.
