How To Disable / Deactivate / Turn Off The Gmail Conversation View

Gmail Conversation View is a feature included within Google’s Gmail service. The conversation View groups all the email of the same category into a single conversation thread, this gives users a better access to emails that belong to the same domain. Conversation View became somewhat popular between the Gmail users, but there are some users that do not use this feature and they want to know how to disable it.

This article contains info on how to disable the Gmail Conversation View for those users, that since they’re not using the Conversation threads in Gmail, they don’t need to leave this feature activate.   1. First thing that you need to do is to log into your Gmail account.

  2. Click the Settings link, which is located on the top right hand corner of the page.

  3. Now navigate to the General menu and locate the ‘Conversation View’ option.

  4. Check the ‘Conversation view off’ radio button and then press the ‘Save Changes’ button.

  5. Enjoy, from now on Gmail won’t organize email in a single conversation thread.
