How to Send and Receive Emails on Your Windows Mobile Smartphone

Step 1. Go to Start->Messaging->New E-Mail Account

Step 2. Enter your email address. Press next and tap Exchange server under email provider. Press next two times

Step 3. Enter the Server address, the user name, the network password and the name of the domain you connected your computer to.

Step 4. Press Save password (this will automatically synchronize your mobile device to your computer). In the next dialog, select the data you want to synchronize with Exchange Server.

You will go through this process only one time, so you don’t have to worry about remembering these steps. Perform them one time and your account will be created. Now you can start sending and receiving messages. To compose an email message on Windows Mobile just follow these few steps:

Step 1. Go to Start->Messaging and select an email account. Then you should go to Menu->New.

Step 2. Write or insert an email address from your contacts onto the “recipient’s email address” field.

Step 3. Enter the Subject and the message content.

Step 4. Send the message.
